The public key provided by your Metamask in the minting step is used by Potion Labs to encrypt the secret password fragment associated with your NFTs. The same Metamask account used at minting must be used for retrieving and decrypting such messages.

Note the encryption of the secret message is done manually by Potion Labs. The encrypted message will become available only after completion of the Public Auction.

Decrypting your Secret

The encrypted messages associated with your Metamask wallet will be automatically retrieved for you and displayed in the 'Secret' panel once the claiming phase is on.

Since every NFT has an associated encrypted message, and decryption can consume significant browser resources, the panel will only allow you to decrypt messages in batches of 200 NFTs or less at once.

Once the selected messages have been decrypted, you will be able to see them on-screen. Each NFT tokenID will be shown alongside the associated secret shard of the password, in decrypted form.
